Rimi Baltic is a major retail operator in the Baltic states based in Riga, Latvia. Rimi Baltic operates 191 retail stores in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania and has distribution centres in each country. The stores have different profiles, depending on range of products and size:
* Rimi Hypermarket – hypermarkets
* Rimi – supermarkets
* Säästumarket (in Estonia), Supernetto (in Latvia and Lithuania) – no frills supermarkets
EE – Ararat In Tallinn
Ararat is an Armenian Brandy (Cognac) exclusively produced by the Yerevan Brandy Company since 1887. It is made from selected Armenian white grapes and spring water according to traditional methods combined with the finest selection of grapes from the Ararat Valley in Armenia.
“Ordinary Brandies”, aged for 3, 4, 5, and 6 years ensured the merited fame of the Ararat Brandy. The soft flavor of the Brandy, based on carefully selected brands of unique wines and pure spring water, help to create a specific delight, oriental warmth, and unique taste for each type of Ararat Brandy. The “Aged Brandies” of 10, 15, 18, and 20 years all have their own unique taste and specific dark golden color.

During my trips and market stores check, I come across hundreds of promotions, but when you visit a Baltic state (Estonia, latvia & Lithuania) it is normal to find below type promotions ;-)
Maxime Chaya, A Lebanese Hero
Maxime Chaya is the first Lebanese to climb Everest on May 15th, 2006, 5:50 a.m. local time, as the last of his Seven Summits.
Maxime Chaya completed the second pole (South Pole) of his Three Poles Challenge on December 28, 2007. He called Lebanese Prime Minister Fouad Siniora from there and expressed his wishes that all Lebanese pursue their goals in life just as he did. If he completes his third pole (North Pole) as scheduled in 2009, he will have been only the 14th person in the world to have achieved the Grand Slam – 3 Poles & 7 Summits.
Maxime Chaya became a Lebanese national hero when he raised, for the first time in history, his country’s name to the highest place on earth.
Maxime, was officially nominated a Seven Summiteer after reaching the highest summit in the world, Mount Everest.
