A Berliner Pfannkuchen (known as a Berliner Ballen or simply Berliner outside of Berlin) is a predominantly German and Central European doughnut made from sweet yeast dough fried in fat or oil, with a marmalade or jam filling and usually icing, powdered sugar or conventional sugar on top. They are also sometimes available with a chocolate, champagne, custard, mocha, or advocaat filling, or with no filling at all. The filling is injected using a large syringe after cooking.

Just came back from a dinner with some friends at the GQ Bar in Moscow, a fancy restaurant, with a nice ambiance and lots of faces from the Russian high society, and you can simply tell this from the cars parked in front of the bar.

I am not really sure if I really want to eat something called ZIMBO, maybe it has a meaning in Hungarian, but who knows what will happen if these guys decide to export their brand. It is an easy name but what if the consumer remembers the movie ZOMBI when buying their products?
